Creating lasting change in your life starts with loving compassion~ caring for oneself means caring for the whole self: mind, body and spirit… and that means not disowning any of the tough stuff. Because, lets be real~ life can be a booger sometimes. I look at connection to Mother Earth, community connection, massage therapy, ritual, physical movement (yoga, dance and play), and meditation as key components to full well-being. My greatest joy is helping others to be more comfortable within their body, mind and Spirits in order to live their most bold and brilliant lives.
