I assist clients redefine life after loss, while inspiring and supporting efforts that grow resiliency and joyful expression with a deepened appreciation for the beauty of spirit.

*I’m so sorry that you are here, being forced to live this new life that you did not sign up for. Thank you for trusting me and this community of grievers to hold space for you as you attempt to get your bearings.*

Loss is one of the only certainties of the human experience. How we learn to navigate these emotional waters informs how we move through the world. Our work aims for that to be: fully engaged, capable of meeting all experiences (even the toughest of them) with presence, grace and grit while inviting in joyful expression. Yes. There is still joy in our grief/loss/life transition work and yet~ your loss, this new world that you have been forced to learn to navigate, IS awful, painful and unfair.

The complicated truth is this: there is no “healing” grief. ‘Healing’ indicates that something is wrong and can be fixed. Grief is not wrong~ it is the normal, natural reaction to a loss that has shaken and changed our worlds. Through coaching we learn how to tend to and live with our grief, integrating it into our new lives while learning practical tools to assist with the mind/body/spirit related side-effects (memory loss, physical pain, sleep disturbances, etc.) that grieving creates.

We’re all on different paths. Our experiences will be different. There is no “wrong” way to feel as we work together. We will use tools to assist us along your journey, knowing your process is your own and you are right on time.

Some of the agendas that I have assisted clients with in in the past:

  • Understanding the grief process & building skills to acknowledge the normal and natural responses to loss and the transitions in life.

  • Accepting the fragility of life and the reality of endings, changes and/or death.

  • Honoring loss through building a living legacy.

  • Blending old routines, habits, and traditions with newer ones to create a renewed awareness of Self.

  • Accepting the continuance of life and taking action to embrace the future.

  • Moving forward with grief to create and enjoy a fulfilling life.

This process builds empowerment & is client driven, helping individuals navigate these situations by tapping into their inherent strengths to find their way to heart expanding, purposeful living and experiencing.

THIS is where you learn to live this NEW life, despite the complicated emotions you may be feeling about it. THIS is where you leverage your strengths to inform how to build your new life.

**AS A SPECIALLY TRAINED GRIEF COACH AND FELLOW GRIEF WALKER YOU CAN BOOK YOUR SESSIONS WITH CONFIDENCE, KNOWING THAT OUR WORK WILL BE PERSONAL AND BENEFICIAL.

I wasn’t sure what I expected when I entered into Grief Coaching. But it was more and better than anything I had in mind. Kelly has an ability to be present and listen as well as nudge, cajole and coach that is exemplary. She provides a very safe and welcoming environment while being supportive and challenging in all the right ways. She made me very comfortable to open up. The process was comfortable and she was reassuring and wonderful to interact with. I greatly appreciated the ritual she helped me put together and the fact it incorporated a lot of the items we spoke about around my father. It was a wonderful ritual and really helped me physically, emotionally and energetically come to completion on a number of things.
