Every body is unique and in an effort to honor every body’s individual needs massage therapy treatments will be tailored to the clients needs and goals. I welcome all clients interested in finding more ease and relaxation, athletes desiring faster recovery times after training, those seeking pain relief and/or working with an injury recovery care plan.

I have been trained in multiple massage modalities (Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, pre and post-natal, myofascial release, and many more) to insure that the care plan supports you in the best ways possible.

Using intuitive awareness and professional communication we will establish your goals and create boundaries and trust for our work together. I pride myself on creating an environment that allows for relaxation and comfort~ even during our deeper work.

60 and 90 minute sessions are available.

For those of us that are craving moments of restoration, ease and nervous system supporting relaxation~ this is the massage for you. Utilizing compassionate awareness of both physical and emotional energies this massage aims to leave you calm and refreshed. 

Your session will include the use of Jean’s Apothecare ‘Calm the F**k Down’ Body Oil, leaving your skin nourished and spirit revived.
