These wellness partners are trusted colleagues that I have worked personally with in my own healing journey. The work of healing and becoming fully embodied is one that often requires multiple modalities and partners and I’m happy to recommend these folks as part of the support system that I, and so many others, are deeply grateful for.

Carrie~ Private Yoga Instruction
As Carrie developed a consistent yoga practice, she discovered she was able to finally feel grounded and at home in her body in a way she hadn’t experienced before. As a trained mental health therapist she saw the tools and techniques she was learning on the yoga mat could benefit her therapy clients. That led her to enroll in the first of many Yoga Teacher Trainings in 2009. Carrie found that teaching yoga allowed her to support others in getting connected to their minds and bodies in a way that felt exponentially more authentic and aligned than in her role as a therapist, and so she left behind a decade of her curated professional role to teach yoga.
“Are you a yoga skeptic or cynic? Have you ever wondered if yoga will “work” for you? You are in the right place! Private yoga is for people who prefer a more informal environment. Where questions are encouraged. Where you can voice opinions and receive in-the-moment support. It’s for beginners and those who always thought that they can’t “do” yoga, or aren’t bendy enough to do yoga (if I had a dollar for every time I heard that!)” ~Carrie
Private Yoga is an individualized session consisting of yoga postures and relaxation practices that is 100% customized to fit your unique needs.
